__Vineyards Goriška Brda
This region is famous for its karst phenomena and phenomenal high-end wines. Local winemakers are among the top 100 in the world. The terrain is demanding: steep slopes with terraced vineyards that almost exclusively require manual cultivation, which is what attributes the wine produced here with truly special qualities. Wines that clearly tell the story of their origin. Each family in Brda cultivates an average of two to three hectares of land, with special attention to natural cycles and precise quality monitoring. The secret of how to care for a vineyard is passed down from generation to generation effortlessly, naturally, and with great patience and love.

__Vineyards Slovenian Istria
The rolling hills of the winegrowing region of Slovenian Istria stretch along the coast, from Debeli rtič to Sečovlje. Exceptional natural resources have enabled a strong tradition of winemaking and viticulture to flourish in Istria among the hardworking local winegrowers. We continue this tradition on ten sunlit vineyards that cover 570 hectares of land.

Amidst the highlands, fresh and dry Pannonian climates meet, creating favourable conditions for wines of the highest quality. Enough sun, the right temperatures, moderate rainfall and good soil are the natural elements that have a fantastic effect on vines. The terrain of this varied, hilly area is characterized by steep slopes with slightly rounded hills and peaks. These peaks and sunlit slopes are covered with vineyards that have been producing exquisite wines for thousands of years which even the gods would hesitate to share.

A premium sparkling wine combined with 22-carat gold. We offer two types of premium sparkling wine OEIL DE FAUCON GOLD CHARDONNAY – extra dry and GOLD ROSÉ – dry. Bottled and sold since 1852, this award-winning sparkling wine has a longstanding tradition and boasts the highest quality. The Oeil de Faucon sparkling wine matures in special racks housed in a unique wine cellar. It is produced by the classic method of secondary fermentation in bottles by adding French Bayanus yeasts. After the secondary fermentation, the sparkling wine matures on yeast for 2.5 years.

__Sparkling Wine Oeil De Faucon GOLD CHARDONNAY - extra dry
Winegrowing region: Styria
Variety: 100% CHARDONNAY
Method of cultivation: Cultivation is based on the so-called “integrated production”, which is an eco-friendly method of production. Grapes are hand-picked.
Cultivation: The base wine is the first press grape juice of chardonnay. Processing is performed by primary fermentation in a controlled atmosphere at low temperatures. This sparkling wine is produced by the classic method of secondary fermentation in bottles, with the addition of French Bayanus yeast. After secondary fermentation, the sparkling wine matures on yeast for 2.5 years.
Description: This extra dry sparkling wine is golden-yellow in colour, its bubbly properties are the result of secondary fermentation and long-term maturation on yeast. We smell and taste fruity aromas enriched with floral scents. Yeast fragrances and bread crust aromas are also present. Golden leaves enrich the sparkling wine, turning the beverage itself into a special occasion.

__Sparkling Wine Oeil De Faucon GOLD ROSÉ - dry
Winegrowing region: Slovenian Styria
Variety: 100% BLUE PINOT
Method of cultivation: Cultivation is based on the so-called “integrated production”, which is an eco-friendly method of production. Grapes are hand-picked.
Cultivation: After a short maceration, the base wine breathes (decants) for 2 to 3 hours. Processing then continues using white wine technology with primary fermentation in a controlled atmosphere at low temperatures. This sparkling wine is produced by the classic method of secondary fermentation in bottles.
Description: OEIL DE FAUCON GOLD ROSÉ is a dry sparkling wine of onion colours. Its bubbly properties are the result of secondary fermentation and long-term maturation on yeast. We can smell and taste numerous strawberry aromas, and many years of maturation on yeast give this rosé sparkling wine a perfect aroma of the classic method.
Serving temperature: 6 – 8°C

This high-end liqueur contains wild blueberries and concentrated natural blueberry juice of 20% vol. It is sweetened with natural sugar and is free of chemical preservatives and artificial colours.
